Another bad weekend on the soccer front i really am going to have to stem the flow some how i'll spend all week working on it though God loves a tryer. We were very close with our Golf bet though Alexander Noren coming 2nd beaten by 2 shots at 22/1 pays 11/2 for a place so its not too bad were geting closer on the golf front i think were going to hit a big one soon. As for the rest of the weekend lets just hope blackburn and birmingham win allthough with the way sat went for me i wouldnt be holding my breath.

I have come to notice in the last few weeks since i read a Kevin Pullein column in the Racing Post that if you can get bigger than 10/3 on the draw/favouirite market of a team thats 4/9 or shorter it's very good value and definetly worth taking and the lovely traders at Ladbrokes nearly allways price the draw/fav at 7/2. AT+T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Farce

The last round of the pebble beach tournament has been canceled and Dustin Johnsen was declared the winner. This has really annoyed me considering Charley Hoffman still had a great chance of making the top 5 considering he was -6 and we had him at 50/1 ew so it is now counted as a loser without even getting a chance. So that ends what was frankly a disasterous weekend on the golf front all i can say is thank god for Luke Fitzgerald because if he didnt score that try just before half time for Ireland i really would have had a bad weekend. Anyway we live to fight another day onwards and upwards for the week ahead.

We have the 5th round of the F.A Cup this weekend plus 1 premier league game and all the football leagues to look at. I was reading Kevin Pullein's column in the Racing Post this week he's a bit of a nerd but he does have some good stats and he was talking about the F.A Cup, he was saying that away teams win 8% more in the Cup than any other competitions be they League 1 or the premier league so i toke note of that in the selections i made.

The final round of the Buick Invitational starts tonight at 8 on setanta with John Rollins leading the way at -12 but im going to back Camillo Villegas to win it he's in sacond at -9 the reason for this is that there back on the north course today where Villegas shot a 63 on the first day so im hoping he gets somewhere near that again today. I also think Lucas Glover is a good price to finish in the top 5 so im goin to have a bit of that aswell.
